Leyla Torres is available to visit schools and conduct a presentation about the creative process in writing and illustrating a book.
Through the use of written drafts, sketches, photographs and original illustrations from some of her books, Leyla describes the step-by-step process she follows in making a picture book.
This presentation can be tailored according to age for children in grades K-12, and may be conducted in either English or Spanish.
